For you widgets, please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.sidebar .widget { padding: 10px 0 !important; }I’m not sure what you mean by blinking icons though, could you link to an example maybe?

It’s not clear what icons you like to add?
Enfold support any type of font icons you can download it from http://www.flaticon.com/ or http://fontello.com/ and upload the icon sets from Enfold > Import/Export
If you have a specific set of icons please share the link to it so we can take a look at it and let us know what best can be done.
