    Hi – how do I ask a related question to a help thread I started and was resolved (checkmarked)? Things changed and I need to continue the thread.

    I clicked “Edit” on my last post and asked a new question, but it still shows as having been posted a day ago and with a checkmark. Do I need to start a new thread?
