    Is there a good standard format that you recommend for uploading photos? I have not enough control for how my items will look like on the portfolio grid.

    Sometimes they are too small, sometime there is a border between some of them. I have several times multiple items like https://hjs.amsterdam/workshops/ and sometimes just one or two or three like at https://hjs.amsterdam/intensives/

    Especially when I only have two or three items that look strange and the photos can suddenly alternate, I would like to have a strategy on how I can best adjust this.

    For example this portfolio grid: https://hjs.amsterdam/teachers/ some of them suddenly are to big? Is this because they uploaded the wrong size and if so: what should be the size to use?

    Hi dorisb123,

    When you attach images you can specify the size to be used

    You can pick the more appropriate once. More like portfolio size will work better in this case.

    This is what I have to do with the featured images right? Then why don’t I get to see the display settings like you do?

    Hi dorisb123,

    Well, this option is not available for the featured image.

    The images have to be of the same size so that when scaled they look the same.

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi there I hadn’t noticed you answered me, but thank you. I think that I had changed it in the meantime to manually because I was quit desperately seeking for a solution, I managed to put it back again on the “automatic”setting, but when you look at https://hjs.amsterdam/workshops/ there still remains jusit one image that is to big? (In fact this was the main problem, sorry if I had messed op by changing the settings…)

    Hi dorisb123,

    Thank you for getting back to us. Like I said in the two previous replies, featured images need to be the same size for the grid images to be the same size too. You need to change the images.
