Hi,
I am wondering if there is possible to change the look that appears the structure in the main blog page in this theme. I would like shorts resumes with an image on the top in two columns and down a resume of every text in a colour background, also buttons to share on social networks from there apart from entering in every single post page, the date and the main tags. I was looking for the advance layout editor but not sure how to do what i want with it, can you help me with this?
Thank you so much for your time
March 10, 2015 at 11:15 pm #409595Hello!
You can put two Blog Elements in two 1/2 Columns, not sure what you meant with the color background, if you can provide a mockup that would be great. Regarding the share buttons you’d need to use a 3rd party plugin for that as the Enfold ones only appear on single view.

You can add Blog Posts element to your page and choose to display Blog Grid with 2 columns and then you can add following code to Quick CSS
.slide-content { background-color: #e2e2e2; padding: 10px; }

YigitMarch 12, 2015 at 1:26 pm #410426Thanks a lot for your help! It seems that I am close what i would like to get with the blog layout. I would like to know how to get more things in the design, first how to put a read more in every post preview and also the social buttons to share directly in this and no need to enter in every single post page. Also to get the same size for every image in every post to get more equilibrium in the final look.
Best regards!!

JosueMarch 17, 2015 at 1:40 pm #412917i am still having a doubt about something, i have activated advance editor for blog layout, but it seems is not doing a change in the design of the layout. I have put on the blog page in my site a masonry element for blog posts with 2 columns and read more button activated, and i cant see the change. Maybe am I missing some step more on this?

Check your blogpage, i did two things:
1. Activated this option – http://a.pomf.se/ddbrvb.png
2. Changed the slug of the “noticias” blog category to “categoria_noticias”, a Page can’t have the same slug of a taxonomy.Cheers!
