Hi,
We purchased Enfold quite a while back, I think through Envato Themeforest. We wanted to download the latest version we have access to, but I couldn’t find it here, and so we tried to check on Themeforest. Unfortunately we are having trouble logging in. See entire email in the Private Content area: Is there somewhere that we can download the latest version we have access to? How do we renew our support and updates subscription (we also never received any notification that it was expiring or we would have taken action to renew it)?

Our themes are only sold through Envato/Themeforest, so you are correct about that part. Maybe you could try to request a new password here? You can purchase extended support once you are logged into Themeforest.

I have another question…
We are setting up a new site, considering using Enfold but want to make sure we can set it up like we have in mind first. Can we use our current theme files (we do have the theme installed on another active domain) in order to set up Enfold on this 2nd domain and create the design, then if it works well for what we want for that site, buy the license. We will definitely pay for the license if we use the theme. For getting a second license is it just a matter of buying the theme again from Themeforest?Thanks!

Sure, you can create a test site with your existing license and yes, you can simply buy the theme again if the site works for you :)
