    I can’t seem to find this option when I add a custom link menu item to my main menu?

    Is that removed?

    Hey Paul,

    In Appearance > Menus, check on the upper right portion of your screen, click Screen Options.
    Then check Link Target, then expand the menu item, you should see a link target dropdown with an option to open in new window or tab.
