After the latest update, I found the top menu has moved off the top of the page and down. When you scroll down a small section of the page is visible at the top and above the title and menu bar.
I have searched the forum and elsewhere and not found a solution to this problem including WordPress.I have disabled all plugins. No change. I have deleted all plugins also no change.
To check what problem I experiencing if you are unable to follow whats mentioned above. Simple go to https://www.zipzapmoney.com/legal once landed and the pages has loaded start to scrolling down. You will see that the title bar is not at the top of the page making the page visible on top of the menu bar.How to move the title and menu bar to the top of the page.

I believe what you are experiencing is due to being logged in as admin. Please try logging out, clearing your cache and checking.
I didn’t see this issue on your site, but I have seen it before, it is due to the WP admin bar css.Best regards,

Thank you. I feel that maybe I am losing it. What you mentioned was the only thing I did not try. Really, it is the first thing to do when experiencing problems like that. Thank you again. As always input from someone else always puts light on the matter.Hi,
