Hola!
My client doesn’t like the grey background while waiting for the video loop to load.
The video is a background video in a color space.
He requests I put a placeholder image (first frame of the video) there.
Also how cal I turn the gray to white?Gracias!

To add a background image before the video starts in the color section, please add a background image in the color section and this css:.avia-section { background-size: cover!important; }If you don’t have a first frame image from your video try this free online tool.
Best regards,

The client is super annoyed by the gray background.
The placeholder doesn’t hide it.
How can I turn it white?Thank you!!!

The video is set to be “unmuted” but is muted.
How can I get the sound to work on its own?
Gracias!!
