Hi,
I have a few, probably open door, questions, because I became a bit confused hwo to use full width in Enfold
1.) First of all what does it mean I set the Enfold theme “website-layout” to full width. Are all content elements automatically set to full width including new added elements?
2.) What do I need to do if I want to set a container or element to full width ?
3.) How to I configure content in a full width container or element so it is also shown full width?
4.) If for example a back ground image is set for a full width element, how to I need to configure this image to be shown full width?
5.) If an image is for example 1920 x 1000 added in a full width content box and it is displayed on a screen with a width of 2600 x is the image shown with till 1920px of will it be stretched to 2600? Or do I need to use 5xxxpx to make sure images are “always” shown correctly? Thanks

All these images are very abstract without the actual context of the page content and html elements.
Can you explain a bit more with screenshots and a link to your website, please?Best regards,

Choose the responsive layout(stretched), set the container to full-width and use color sections and no sidebars.

One thing however.
If I have an image of lets say 1280×720 and I have a screen of 1920×1600, will it be stretched, shown in orginal size?
If I need the image to cover for all screen sizes, I simply need to add a large (5xxxpx x 5xxxpx) ?December 18, 2017 at 5:51 pm #890122Hi badoes,
Well, that depends on the element you’re using and the css applied.
