    i used icon boxes on the landing page for information which are linking to another page.
    when moving over the header the mouse is changing to give a hint to more information. but this is slightly to miss.
    a hover effect or color change would be better

    You can change hover color with following code to Quick CSS

    h3.iconbox_content_title:hover a {
color: red;
}

    Hey!

    When you hover on title, it should be red. I have added !important rule and it is now working fine
