I am so confused. A client gave me a .mov and I tried to insert it into the layerslider but it is not embedding. Then I converted it to an mp4 and all it does is show a black screen. I tried to follow this tutorial: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/videobackground-on-layerslider/

What is the video format? What is the layerslider setting? I need a very detailed and clear step by step.

OH! And with no controls. Or with the big controls. Right now it has controls on the bottom and it looks like a 1999 layout.
It is not a live site. I am just building it. Do you have suggestions without having to see the page?
I wasn’t able to run the lastest version. It broke my website. there were many errors to do with the template-builder.php page and template-builder-css.php page. We had to go back to the previous version to get everything working again.
