When I add a bunch of images (portrait and landscape) to a post or page using Easy Slider, they scroll but the width and height constantly changes with each image or the image gets cropped. Is it possible to force all images to stay within a certain size in the page BUT have the image not be cropped?

I can adjust the size preference in “Slideshow Image Size” with varying degree of success. Some options do keep the image within a certain size. But some images are cropped heavily.

If I choose “No Scaling” for example, this does not crop the image but causes the whole page to adjust wildly depending on the size of the image and orientation.

I think there is a solution to edit the images before upload so they are all the same width and height but hoping for a simpler solution. I’m happy to use any media function and not limited to Easy Slider.

    Hey Alan,
It sounds like your image sizes differ quite a lot since you are using portrait and landscape, this will cause them to be cropped, while you could disable the cropping of your images with the plugin Simple Image Sizes this would cause the page to adjust wildly depending on the size of the image and orientation, just what you don’t want it to do.
The best solution is to edit the images to the same size before you upload them.

    Best regards,
    Mike
