    How do I make Shiftnav menu icon stationary when scrolling down, so when user scrolls down it is still visible?

    I see what you are saying

    I feel confident that it’s just a heading setting that I have had support on here before

    is it the sticky heading setting?

    Hi,
    Sorry, the Shiftnav menu plugin is above the sticky header, as you see the sticky header is working. Try the Shiftnav menu plugin support forum, as they might have a fix for this. Support for third party plugins is beyond our scope.
