    Hi

I am working on a Masonery Gallery on this site. In the Section ID i have written ‘groen’ (without the quotes), which in Danish means ‘Green’.

In my top menu I have a button/link called ‘Green’ in Danish ‘Grønt’.

How do I make an anchor link form the top menu to the gallery?

I have tried many methods, but nothing works for me.

I have found out how to link to the text block right over the gallery, but what I need is to link to the special heading (I think it is called – the beautiful looking text.)

    Best regards,

    Hey Stegemueller,

Make the menu item a custom link, then use this as the link for it:

    #groen

    Hi Rikard

    Thanks for your reply.

I have already done as you suggest, and that works fine, but it brings me to the bold terracotta explanation text starting with “Jeg interesserer mig meget for …”

Instead I would like to put the ID somewhere in the special heading called: “Sunde madvaner…” as else nobody sees that heading when they click on the menu. As I see it, the only thing I can do is making a textbox instead of the spcial heading. Is that correct?

    Hi Hanne,

You can place an anchor almost anywhere on a page, all you need is an empty element with an ID. You can try this in a text block for instance:

    <div id="name-of-anchor"></div>
