April 5, 2015 at 10:18 pm #423725Hi migduvednok,
just copy the enfold child folder into the /themes/ folder, change your theme to enfold child and write your individual css into the style.css, which you’ll find in the child folder. This folder won’t be overwritten with any update.
Cheers
YetiApril 6, 2015 at 1:01 am #423738that wont help, sorry – because i WANT the theme to update, of course.
April 6, 2015 at 8:38 am #423827Hey!
@Yeti is correct, if you keep your custom CSS in a child theme or in Quick CSS your styles will not be overwritten on updates.
About your problem, could you please provide us with a link to the site in question and a screenshot highlighting how you would like it to look?
Cheers!

I apologise for the delay. Here is a screenshot with arrows indicating the areas i talk about.
There may be some incosistency, i DO know that the content affect the vertical distance, but i am talking about the least possible distance between elements on the vertical. On the horisontal it is due to the preset values by enfold itself, which i want to be able to change myself.August 3, 2015 at 5:23 pm #482291Hi!
please provide us a link showing the issue, because we need to inspect the elements to be able to provide you some CSS code. Admin access would be helpful as well, to have a deeper look into it. Post login details here as private reply.
Regards,
