Hey Chris,
Can you please upload the screenshot to a service like Dropbox and give us the link here?
Best regards,
VictoriaJanuary 24, 2018 at 1:48 pm #902131I don’t understand your comment – I have posted a screenshot in this post above – as image, linked to a public Google Drive image!!
I’m using Google Drive, click on the screenshot above or here, it is a public link:

ENFOLD’s comments.php shows nothing about the gravatars and user names.
January 29, 2018 at 12:14 pm #904220Hi,
That would require to modify the comments template. From design choice Enfold is designed like that.
If you want to modify it, you can create a comments.php file into your child theme and do any changes you like.Best regards,
BasilisJanuary 29, 2018 at 1:37 pm #904255… and what about the loop-comments.php of ENFOLD?
January 30, 2018 at 9:51 pm #905162Hi,
Same thing, you can load that also from your child theme and modify it the way you want
Best regards,
BasilisJanuary 30, 2018 at 10:14 pm #905184I am not a coder – so what do I have to add where?
January 31, 2018 at 8:41 pm #905785Hi,
Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
BasilisJanuary 31, 2018 at 10:26 pm #905848Really? Kidding aside, I got the right hint here – easy, isn’t it?
