You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Or, You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.Cheers!
YigitI would like at one time that all posts were added, but not in every post shortcode to add …. a lot of time will go … the more I want to add shape just after the social. buttons at the end of the post

I don’t think it will be easily possible the way you want it. You can enable ALB for blogposts and add your content manually into it. Otherwise you can hire a freelance developer for this job: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
