Hello, I am a longtime Enfold user trying to ask a question on the support forum.
I do not see a button or call to action to initiate my question.
I confirmed from Evanto that my licence is up to date.
Can you please help me with getting into the support section that enables me to ask a support question? I have a pressing issue.

Hi,
Try going to Enfold Theme Options ▸ Custom Error 404 Page and if you are using Redirect to selected page with your homepage selected, then change this to Select Page.
If this is not the current setting, then click the option Redirect to selected page and see if the homepage was selected, if so change this to Select Page.
If not, check the Maintenance Mode option by selecting Enabled – Redirect to selected page ad see if any page is selected, if so change this to Select Page. and the disable and save the theme settings.
This should solve if not then please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance.

Hello Mike,
It was infact set to homepage.
I changed it to “Select Page” and it may have worked!
I need to test it on other computers as well since it was not a consistent outcome across all browers.
I will be back in case it did not work.
