I hate the way my forms look.
I use mailchimp but can never figure out how to style them.
    modernbrands.org/contact
    or check out the footer.
I like the bootstrap look. Should I use a plugin of some sort?

    any suggestions?

    Hi KK,

What are you looking to change? Please try to be a bit more specific and/or post a screenshot highlighting the changes you would like to make.

    Sorry- that was vague, huh?
I’m torn on whether to format using enfold’s contact (which I like because it keep the CSS) and mailchimps format.
    an example below:

    I would like the:
The form on the right would like to go to my mailchimp list
The form on the left go to my email address which is fine as is.

How to control which fields show up in the footer (I use mailchimp)

    Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. I’m still not sure if I understand what you mean, and I’m getting a 404 error on the page you linked to so I couldn’t check either. Could you post a new link to the site in question please?

    Not Found

The requested URL /contact was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Thanks,
    Rikard
