    I have 3 cateogry, general, analysis, and news
    I just want to show ‘general’ category in blog
    is that possible?

    Why not create the blog page with the advanced layout editor? You can then use the blog entries element which can easily exclude certain categories from the display. That works perfect.

    Hi!

    Yes, I recommend to use the advanced layout editor. Just create a page, add a blog element to it and configure the categories. Then go to Enfold > Theme Options and select this page from the “And where do you want to display the Blog?” dropdown. Then click on the “Blog Layout” tab and select “Use the advance layout editor to build your own blog layout (simply edit the page you have chosen in Enfold->Theme Options as a blog page)” from the “Blog Style” dropdown.

    I’ve created a blog page using the Advanced Layout Editor as recommended with the Blog Post element and selected the categories I wanted to be included. It’s working with one exception. I just added a new category EB – Nuclear to my post categories and though deselected, it is appearing in the blog roll.

    I would greatly appreciate any help in identifying how to remove this category from my blog roll. Thank you!

    Thank you for the feedback. I disabled all plugins and emptied caches. The issue still persisted.

    Hi Victoria,

    One additional note… the Enfold Theme Latest News widget located on our homepage (https://www.strategydriven.com) works just fine regarding the inclusion and exclusion of posts based on category.

    Hi,

    The page is set as the main blog page, so the Enfold > Blog Layout > Blog Layout settings has to be set to “Use the advance layout builder..” so that the page loads the content of the advance layout builder, not the default blog or posts template. I have already set it to that option. Please check the blog page again.
