Hi,
I am trying with a huge tun of patience to get my way through your site, but every single move at the beginning of the installation is incredibly complicated, and tutorials don’t correspond to what one finds.
I would like to simply install the default demo after having installed the child theme, as explained in your tutorial, which goes:You can simply hover on the demo you would like to import and click “Click to download and import” button and demo will be imported within a few minutes.
This is not true. Absolutely no click to download message on hovering. Why is everything here so complicated ? Why not put a simple red download button as it happens in all normal sites in the world ??
I don’t want to touch the programmation in Appearence, aditor. I just want to hell download the demo in a normal easy way.
Can anybody help to do this silly little thing ?
Thanks. Sorry for the tone, but II’m struggling since 2 weeks, and I am not even started with the damn initial installation. I’m really fed up with all this difficulty

So downloading demos from Enfold->Demo Import is not working on your installation? If that is the case, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.

Thanks for answering quickly.
The tutorial didn’t say that demos are to be imported from the dashbord. You might want to add this to it, so other people won’t struggle like crazy to do it from the Enfold page :-)
As for the import, it worked, thank you. But I had to give it 6 tries, ’cause the message “try and reflesh page” would come over and over again.
So the problem is solved, thanks very much.
