    Hi there,

    I am trying to add a “Modal window with privacy and cookie info” and thus enabled “Cookie Consent Message Bar” and “Modal window with privacy and cookie info” in Theme options and I wonder how to display the Modal window?

    The Cookie info box is showing up, but not the Modal winfow as per your screenshot in your GDPR blog https://kriesi.at/archives/enfold-4-4-and-the-gdpr-general-data-protection-regulation (under “Cookie consent bar improvements”).

    Don’t know what I am doing wrong, maybe just an error in reasoning :o( . Lightbox Modal Window in Theme options is enabled. Can you help?

    You have the header.php in your child theme, is it from Enfold 4.4?

    Same here, Modal window with privacy and cookie info is not showing, cookie info is showing. I updated to the latest version of Enfold. before this I had the version with the cookie consent, now extendet with the Modal window. This is not showing, just the cookie consent.
    I deleted cache, used different browsers, updated WP, set the default privacy page as mentioned.

    OK, found the soultion:

    .01 Just add another button to your cookie consent
    .02 Select > Open the modal window
    .03 test

    Now my cookie consent has button to open a modal window.
    Works fine here!

    thank you for sharing. It works fine on my end as well! Wished there would have been provided a documentation on the Enfold documentation website. Would have saved lot of time.
