    Add the following to adjust the hover state:

    #top #header_main_alternate, #top #header .av-main-nav > li > a:hover {
  background-color: #fff;  
  color: #2c353d;
}
#top #header .av-main-nav > li > a .avia-menu-text:hover,
#top #header .av-main-nav > li > a .avia-menu-subtext:hover {
  color: #2c353d;
}

    Hi,
    There is an error in your Google Analytics code in your Google Analytics plugin “Custom Tracker Objects”, removing the code solves.
    Please check your code and adjust.
