ok. so I’ve tried that but this is how the logo appears. This is not acceptable as it’s placement is in the wrong place in a solid white table up top. Looks tacky. Please advise. you can see what I’m talking about here. http://www.simplysanitizing.com/

Also, How do I hide my site until i’m done working on it? It’s currently published now and I would like t be able to use my email account on it and also have the site be not viewed yet until it is fully completed.

How exactly do you want to change it? Please provide a mockup screenshot or a detailed explanation.

so why don’t you go to enfold (child) – header and choose “logo left – menu right”
what you got is logo left – menu belowBecause I tried that already and it didnt yield the results i wanted. and matter as fact, this is the 2nd site it’s done it on. first one i never fixed, but this one i want it corrected on. what you’re suggesting does not fully remove the white space up top.
can someone who knows what they’re doing fix this immediately please so i don’t have to go back n forth (again).
this is an already all too familiar situation. I buy enfold themes cause they’re nice. support: i’m starting to question. I don’t have time for this back n forth. i’m not a developer or web guy. basic knowledge. i have other hats to where in this company. thank you.Hi Dane626,
Like Guenni007 said you need to use the “logo left – menu right” header layout and from there we can help you adjust it further.

Do you want the header to be dark grey now? This can be set in Theme options.

You need to adjust the background color of header or logo area in the General Styling > Logo Area panel.
If you need help, please provide the WP login credentials. The previous info is not working.

You can use header transparency, but you need to have some image or slider on top of the page fullscreen so that the menu and the logo will be over it.

VictoriaYes like this but i don’t have an image or slider that i feel would look good with the flow of the page i’ve tweaked. If this cannot be done NOT using an image/slider for all pages…..can the white space deleted and my logo added to the left of the menu?
the way you’ve done it has now made it look worse. please add the white space back where it was as my logo now white background on blue background and looks horrible. please, correct back the way it was before. this way does not look good at all. i’d rather have it the original way before you changed it
I reset all options in the enfold themes options on accident!!! can we get the last version update back up?

Credentials did not work for me. Could you please update the credentials? Did you make the backup? You can also ask your hosting provider if they make backups and restore it for you.

That color can be changed here in Theme options > General styling
You can set whatever color you like there.If you need further assistance please let us know.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
