How do you create a no-follow link in the top navigation menu? I know you can usually add rel=”nofollow” in the tag, but I can’t access the tag of the menu item that I need to set to “nofollow”.
I did read this info, but it did not address this situation.

Have you tried the solution in this thread?
You can add that to a menu item by filling it out in the Link Relationship (XFN) box. If you don’t see it, click Screen Options in the top right hand corner and select to show it.
