How to create a hero section

Hi, I loaded a predefined layout, cause it seems it would be easier to adapt this than to do everything from scratch.
So I find a ‘color section’ ( german ‘Farbsektion’) – I hope I translated that correctly- which is called under the layout-tab a ‘Hero Section’.
I know, what ‘Hero Section’ means, but don’t find the option to create it by myself.
Everytime I use an new section, I don’t find that possibility under the ‘layout-tab’.
I may be blind, but I don’t know where to look.
