How to change the product default "Sort Order" to date? - Support

I need to change the deafult product sort to “date” instead of alphabetical. so that when I open a new page it automaticly is viewed as sorted by the latest products.

Hi,

I dont see the “Default Product Sorting” option under ” Woocommerce > Settings > Product (tab) > Default Product Sorting ”

Is it changed after your theme updates? Where can I find the “Deafult Product Sorting” tab?
(my theme and woocommerce are up to date and the threads are dated 2016 and 2017?)
