How to change the font, so that the "&" symbol looks normal?

Hello. Anyone know what to change/correct, to solve my question?

I used to just add the html & to fix this, but everytime I correct somthing on WP on a page with the “&” and the &, it goes back to that wierd looking “&”.

Also. In firefox when i open the videos in the bottom of our page, the player show a white line on the right? and the bar in the bottom? Can this be fixed?

And. Am I the only one who struckles with the bug that when in advanced layout, I cant see the text in the window? The text is white – if I go back out and in again, its sometimes there again?

Is it possible that someone would be so kind as to tell me / guide me to a place, perhaps a video that show me how to implement a video in the layerslider – I dont get it :)
