Hello!

I would like to change the pointer on hover (only for the image) with a custom image, like this website
http://designova.net/themes/wordpress/oscar/
they put an eye for the pointer, I would like to do the same, can you help me?
I’ve tried several css but none of them worked.

Errata corrige: The change of the pointer is only for the images that are links and not for the normal images
