    Hi,

    After a theme update, my shop seems to have reset to one row for each product. Can someone remind me where to go to adjust that to three, etc.

    Hey gb,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you update the theme just recently? Looks like the css rules for the shop page are missing for some reason. To fix the issue, please try to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings and purge the cache in order to regenerate the stylesheets. Let us know if this helps.

    Hi Ismael,

    I tried your suggestion and it seems to work if I disable both. If I re-activate them, the problem comes back. I am including a screenshot for clarity.

    I am unaware of what disabling CSS file merging and compression and disabling Javascript file merging and compression does?

    Is it ok to leave it disabled?

    Hi,
    Thanks for the feedback, you can leave these disabled, I see that you have JetPack installed, I believe this also has a minify option in it’s settings and minifying the css & js twice could be the issue, or it could be your server cache, if it is enabled, and just require some time for it to update.
    You could enable Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ Delete old CSS and JS files and then try the last option in Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ JS & CSS file merging and compression ▸ Use minified theme files without merging to see if that has any effect.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the detailed info. Do you think I should delete the Jetpack plugin? The main thing I like about it is the Jetpack Stats it provides on my dashboard view :-)

    Hi,
    If the last suggestion is working and you like the JetPack plugin then by all means keep it.
    The file merging and compression is just to help speed up your site, but if JetPack is already doing this then you can leave the theme option disabled, typically the issue is when any other plugin is used to also minify the files, doing it twice often causes issues, so just use the one you like best.
