How to archive fixed container in center without getting affected on resizing

Hello together,

im looking for a design, wich does not get affected by resizing the browser window.

You can take a look at this website:

as you can see, the Text is always centered and does not get affected from resizing the window, till you resize it so small, that the borders from the are hitting the Text.
Just after that the Website jumps to the breakpoint to deliver the mobile view.

Now i am having a full witdh website.

But i just want container to act like the website ive shown you.
The should be just a Section, wich does not resize its content, till there is no space on the left and right.

Is something like that possible?
