How to add tracking codes and pixels to Enfold theme

I have searched the forum for an answer, and see that it requires editing some of the .php files. But where do I find those files to do it? I’ve been searching the forum for at least an hour, and I can’t understand any of the answers. I know how to add codes in other themes, but this one baffles me.

I also need to know how to add metatags to posts.

Please be very specific, including navigation within the WP dashboard to the locations I need to get to.
