On the default posts page, I’ve added text using the Advanced Layout option. How do I can this text to appear at the top of the Blog page?
Thank you,
Ryan
Hey rlogan2334!
So you created a post and added some text to it but now you want that text to display at the top of the excerpt in the blog page listing correct?
You’ll need to add the text to the “Excerpt” field when editing your post. If you do not see the excerpt field then click on “Screen Options” in the top right hand corner of your screen and check it to display.
Cheers!

Sorry, not on a single post. On the Blog page itself, where all of the blog entries are. How do I get a title to show up at the very top of the page, like so:
Blog Page
-Title
-Blog Post Title
-Blog Post Title
Hi!
Did you set the Blog Layout > Blog Style to use the advance layout builder? If not, please set it then edit the blog page. Insert the blog posts element plus the additional content that you want to add.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hello. I tried that and the title is still not appearing.
Hey!
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details here as a private reply.
Cheers!

Hey!
you can’t edit the standard WordPress blog posts page, which is set in settings->reading->Posts page
So what you need to do is deselect your current standard WordPress blog posts page or build a new page where you put your desired blog title + blog posts. I just did a test page for you called “Blog2-Kriesi” as an example.
Hope this helps to make things clear.
Regards,
Andy
Beautiful, thank you!
