i cannot enter the link somewhere , or i don’t know where to change it…
http://www.webex.gr/wpsitia you will see a portfolio with 6 items…i need to add alink in each one of them.

Hi,
It is automatically link to the single portfolio. You cannot add a link on them. You can only add links on the images.

in front page you willl see 6 pics, how i change the sequence?? how to choose which photo i need first, which photo second etc

You can use http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/post-types-order/ to order the portfolio items. Another user had problems with the free version: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/remove-rollover-effect-on-the-portfolio#post-110067 – you maybe need to upgrade to the advanced post types order plugin.
