    Hi there!

    Can you tell me how to add code to the <head></head> code of my theme without messing anything up or overwriting anything when I upgrade?

    Hey Brian!

    Please go to Appearance > Editor and edit Header.php file. You can create a child theme and move edited file to your child theme to avoid losing the changes you have made. Please see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
