    This page in your demo has 2 background images set on the page,

    The background images I am talking about are set in the page url above in the template just below the about us section, and just below the “what others say about us” section.

    I want to apply the same type of background images on another page. I can’t find the element to use to drag that into the page.

    Which element one is it in your tool bar?

    I think you are talkin about the color section element.
    There you can set a background image and chose if it should be fixed or scroll

    Yes, that is the color section. You can set the background attachment to fixed or parallax.
