    Hey guys

    I have worked with other Themes in past. I uploaded them, and just after actiavtion theme worked. When I created “new page” I went to visual editor and I could work “live” on Theme/website.

    When I do the same now (my first time with Enfold Theme!), I cannot get it work. Only thing I get is “WordPress editor”, no visualisation, nothing.

    I hope there is more to visual editing, since I am not PRO when it goes to website, and I bought this Theme only to get access to beatufill designs – which I want to change live.

    Can you help me, which step of actication went wrong?

    Thanks for the login details. I’m getting a 403 error on the login page though:

    403 Dostop iz te države ni dovoljen

    Which countries are allowed to access your site? If you could unblock the counties in private, then we should be able to access your site.

    Hello dear Enfold Team

    May I ask you for refund? I cannot find someone who could do it for me, all IT guys have too much work (this is why I wanted payed off-the-shelf theme), …

    I would like to try with some other theme, which can be installed without hassle. May I ask you to help me like that?

    Thanks for the update. You can request a refund with Themeforest/Envato, we will confirm it once it’s been sent to us.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    We have informed Kriesi, our CEO, regarding your refund request. He is the one who processes these requests. Requests are usually rejected if the theme was downloaded from ThemeForest already. If that happens to be the case, please feel free to open a dispute with Envato.

    In case you would like to give the theme another try, please check out this tutorial – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gr4GV8NKMek&ab_channel=FerdyKorpershoek. Enfold does not have a frontend editor at the moment however drag and drop layout builder is pretty easy to use :)
