How long will it take normaly getting an answer when posting a question in the forum?

How long will it take normaly getting an answer when posting a question in the forum?
I have a license and half a year of support.

Normally we reply to each thread within 24 hours however depending on the business of our forums, it may take longer. Currently forums are pretty busy but we are trying our best to reply to each thread :)

Thanks for the answer.
A lot of my clients using the Enfold template, because I’m very satisfied about it.
I always tell them of the great support and CMS.
Lately, when asking a question in the forum, I takes often longer then 2 days getting a reply.
Thats not a good thing.

Hi Tom,

No it’s not, but it’s difficult for us to handle spikes in requests like any other business. Sometimes there there’s a line at the bank, sometimes there’s not.
