    Hi,

I have the TEC Pro installed. How are you writing the display?

My install seems to show 10:00AM – 6:30PM (8.5 hours) My other test site with your Church demo is showing 1:00AM – 9:30 AM (8.5 hours)

The church demo has an event taking place now so I guess that is why the display is starting at 1AM
There is nothing taking place on My install so i guess this is why it is starting at 10AM

It would be useful to understand the rules on how you have chosen to write the display. And secondly …..
How do I extend the number of hours shown? i.e. I would like to show 10 or 11 hours to each day not 8.5

*Update: OK so I think you are displaying the week view from the earliest start time within that week. How do I extend the number of hours displayed? It will just make the page longer I know. (and I know you can scroll the event display, but I want to show more hours by default)

I contacted TEC people and they suggested I ask you first :)

    Thanks,
    H

Here are the two sites to show what I mean – both viewed at the same time:

Enfold Church Demo – with Test event taking place now:
    Enfold Demo

My Site Under Development – nothing taking place now:

    Hi!

I believe that is handled by the plugin depending on what times the current events are set for.

Not according to TEC. They say the default is a 12 hour day midnight to midnight and suggest the code needs to be in the functions.php (in child theme) but don’t know how to do that.

    Hey!

The theme does not change that display. If you switch to the default 2015 theme you’ll see it displays the same way. If you want to change which times are displayed then you’ll need to edit the plugin which is outside the scope of our support. It would be best to contact the plugin support to see if it’s possible.

    Best regards,
    Elliott
