How I can decide the element's order while the website goes into Responsive mode

Hi there.

I want to be able to decide which element will be shown 1st, 2nd, etc, on mobile.

For example:
I have a Color Section with two layouts of 1/2, one with Image, and the other with Text Block.
On PC, the Text block is on the right, and the Image in on the left.
On mobile, the image comes first, and below to the image the text shown – but I want exactly the opposite order.

How can I do that?
I have tried to find setting for that but I didn’t find anything.
