October 14, 2016 at 10:34 am #699031I have an issue. I have a website with 20 pages. Each page was created with a saved TEMPLATE via AVIA BUILDER. I need to change something on one of the elements but in doing this simple thing I have to edit every single page. Is there a way to just edit the saved template element that updates all the elements on all the pages that use this element? October 16, 2016 at 12:14 pm #699552Hi shardie, That is not possible at the moment unfortunately, but you could try activating debug mode in order to display your shortcode and copy it from one page to the next: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ Thanks,
RikardOctober 16, 2016 at 1:53 pm #699583This is a real pity as we are looking at making another 27 purchases for our university department sites and this feature, simple yet important, is what is going to make us look elsewhere at another theme. Sorry October 16, 2016 at 1:54 pm #699584If this is not possible then how will debug mode help me? October 17, 2016 at 9:09 am #699837Hi, Ok, hope you will find something that will fit your needs. Debug mode let’s you see shortcodes so you could do the change on one page, then copy the shortcode into all the other pages. It’s still manually updating the pages but it might cut some time off of the process. Regards,
RikardOctober 17, 2016 at 9:22 am #699844Hi Thanks but I don’t think its really cutting time that much. Anyway I really hope you guys can look into something like this where an element can be updated and populated across all pages, just like how widgets do it. October 18, 2016 at 8:32 am #700457Hi, Ok, thanks for the feedback. We’ll look into adding that feature in a future release. Regards,
RikardOctober 21, 2016 at 10:16 am #702271Oh please do so. October 21, 2016 at 4:06 pm #702491Hi shardie, You may also want to post your request here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/ Best regards,
