How do I get the menu bar to keep its size?

Hello support team,

by default behaviour, the menu bar decreases in height once scrolling down the page and so does the logo in its size.
However, we want to keep the same height, while the menu bar should still follow along when going down the page.
Please provide a snippet or instructions on how to realize this suggestion.
