    I purchased your theme years ago and have many installs. I need help now and cannot get it thru the forum. Is there any option for ‘VIP’ support? Do I have to re-buy the theme to purchase the extended support? No one can answer my issue on the forum and I need to get my site back running

    You can login on ThemeForest with the account you used to purchase the theme and then go to – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990 to renew your support.

    Unfortunately we are not proving VIP support however if your case is urgent, please write “urgent” in your thread title so we will try to reply as soon as we can. Please also make sure to elaborate on the issue so we can make sure we are on the same page :)

    Please make sure to elaborate on the issue you are having/changes you would like to make on your thread. If you would like to include screenshots, you can upload them on http://imgur.com, https://snag.gy or Dropbox public folder and attach the links in your posts :)

    If you already opened these threads on another account, please share the links here so we can look into it. We are not able to find threads from post ID’s unfortunately.
