theme updates and tokens and autos

Hello, Delighted to link back in to you. My question _ I have two licences – running on two sites – both with child themes. Both say in the “Enfold update theme” area that they are running “the latest update” – one is 3.08 and the other is 3.51. The “update your theme from WordPress dashboard” doesnt work. I used my API key as requested. But it appears this has been replaced with a token. I got a token from Themeforest – that doesnt work… I have old emails saying go to your downloads in Envato to update. I go there…it’s just the themes. So, can you help me please. Your support was excellent before. I want to update themes to current Enfold and turn on auto update.

Hey nicoleontour,

The auto-update does not work properly on some servers. You can install the https://envato.com/market-plugin/ plugin and get updates through it. If you want us to help you with the update, please make sure you have the backups ready and that you’re running php7+.
