    I’m trying to background and font colors of my sub-menu on my Enfold website. I’ve reviewed previous answers and tried the following code, but it didn’t work:
    #top .av-submenu-container * {
    background: transparent;
    color: white;
    }
    #top .av-submenu-container {
    background: green;
    }

    I would like the drop down menu background to be color #0080b3 with white font color.
    When I hover, I’d like the background to become white with the font color #0080b3 and a border color of #0080b3.

    The login info for my page is below.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hey Dana2225,

    Thanks for the login details. First off, please update the theme to the latest version (4.1.2): http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    About the changes you want to make; you should be able to do that under Enfold->Advanced Styling. Could you try that out please?

    Best regards,

    I updated the theme. Thank you for the suggestion.

    Unfortunately, when creating my site, I imported and modified the demo site “Enfold Gyn”. It has certain elements that seem to be “hardwired” to appear red. I tried changed them to other colors in Advanced Styling, but nothing changed. In addition, throughout my site, whenever I want to bold something, it turns red, too. Trying to fix that in advanced styling also didn’t work.

    I’d be thrilled and eternally grateful if you could fix that for me!

    I forgot to ask… I’d also like the sub menu text to be centered within their tab. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. About bold text turning red, that is because you have set the strong tag to display in red under Advanced Styling. You can pick any other colour there.

    I changed the background colour for Main Menu sublevel Links to blue and it’s reflecting on the front end. Could you try to set the colour you want to see if you can get it working as you want? Don’t forget to clear the cache from your site after you have made changes.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
