I’m trying to create a hyperlink from a webpage to an element on my homepage so people don’t have to scroll down from the top of the homepage to find it. Is this possible?

JosueI’m having problems using this. It was working a few weeks ago but I went to try it today and it isn’t working. I followed the instructions that Josue posted but the page just goes to the top instead of to the anchor even though the id is in the address.
I’ve been having problems with permissions lately. I’m wondering if this is related. Is there a particular file that I needs to be written to for this to work?
