    Hey!!

    I just bought Enfold theme but I’m not being able to install it at my wordpress website.

    Do I need to be a wordpress premium user to upload the theme?

    I researched for a while and saw some videos about instaling with a FTP I didn’t find my FTP data at wordpress.

    I truthly hope to be able to install it, otherwise I’m not going to be happy with this purchase :(

    Thanks for being fast.

    Actually, I don’t know how to install. Can you please explain to me?

    In the videos that I saw it was so easy: it was just go to Themes menu at wordpress and upload, but I think they changed it to sell their own themes.

    My website is just a prototype, it’s not even with a domain connected yet, but anyway I’ll send it in the private spot

    Hi!

    When you are at the Themes Upload Page, under Appearance, you can see that there is a buttn called
    ” Add New ” from there, when you select it, you will be able to upload a new theme.
    You can upload Enfold theme from there.

    Ler us know if we can do anything else for you.

    Ok, but where I can find the Add new theme Button?

    I just have the free or premium choice here.

    (I’m feeling so idiot with this stupid doubt hahaha)

    Hey!

    Are you at wordpress.com?
    If so, you can not upload a custom theme. The option is available only when you have a self hosted blog.
