    the menu page is hidden at the first opening. I want the menu to show up and slide down

    Hey elitcosmetics,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,

    Not sure what can be wrong. I have tried to find out a bit more on that – will have to ask some team mates to look also here.
    I tried even to hide the black area and it does not show the results.

    Hi,

    The page’s “Layout” > “Header visibility and transparency” is set to the 4th option (Header is invisible and appears once the users scrolls down). Was that intentional? Please set it to the first option.

    I have a similar problema, after update to 4.4.
    The option “Header is invisible and appears once the users scrolls down” from item Header visibility and transparency don’t work
    I put the link in private.

    Hi paulohenrique,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    It should be working now, I have Sticky Header and Shrinking Header found in Enfold > Header > Header behavior (tab).
    You can uncheck Shrinking header to retain it’s original height.
    You can remove the admin access now, let us know if you need further assistance. :)
