How can I fix my header?

Hello, I have the following problems with my header: –

Default View
The logo is not centered vertically, I would like it to remain it’s present size, but center itself vertically in the white strip.

Shrunken View
When you scroll down and the header area shrinks, there is no white space between the bottom of the logo and the bottom of the white header area, this looks bad. I would like to make the scrolled shrunken header area slightly taller so there is some space at the top and bottom of the logo when the logo area is scrolled, and the logo is centered, but that the logo is not made any smaller than it currently is on the scrolled header.

Also in the scrolled version of the header, the menu titles are not centerd vertically, i would like them centered vertically.
