    Hi,
    I have two websites on a single hosting using multisite function.
    I can access and customize the main site but cannot access to the subsite.
    I still can customize using menus. However, I cannot access function.php, 404.php and so on.

    I tried to use subdomain to access the folder but it proves to be the same folders as the main site.

    Is there any way to access to the multisite foler(s) via ftp?

    Unfortunately this isn’t something we can really answer. It depends on your hosting provider and your multisite setup. Contacting your hosting provider is probably the best next step to find an answer for you :)
